After School Program

We’re excited to announce that the Hunter after school program will re-launch on Tuesday, January 5th, 2027.

We know that coordinating afternoon care can be a challenge for working parents, and we are grateful to offer a safe and welcoming environment for students at the end of the school day. Our hope is to provide families with added flexibility and peace of mind while ensuring students are well cared for.

Families will have the option to commit to the program on a full-time or part-time basis, or take advantage of our flexible drop-in option if a scheduling conflict prevents them from picking up their children at 3:30 p.m.

Please note that the after school program will not be available during the last week of school, on the day of the Herculean Challenge, on early release days, or on teacher workdays.

Drop-ins do not need to register using the form below. To utilize the drop-in option, please email afterschool@hunterclassicalchristian.org by 2:30 p.m. on the day you plan to have your student attend. The drop-in rates are: $32/day - Monday through Thursday; $45/day - Friday.

 

After School Program Registration

Registration for the 2026-2027 After School Program is now open. Please fill out the registration form below.

BILLING & MONTHLY RATES

Billing will be processed through FACTS at the beginning of each month. The schedule you select below will remain in effect each month for the entire school year unless you notify Lauren Karidis in writing by the 25th of the preceding month to request a change.

  • 5 days per week: $330

  • 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday): $310

  • 3 days per week: $300

  • 2 days per week: $230

  • Friday only : $135

  • Drop-in (Monday–Thursday): $32/day

  • Drop-in (Friday): $45/day

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

Sibling discounts are available for families enrolling multiple children. The second child receives 10% off the monthly rate, the third receives 20% off, the fourth receives 30% off, and so on.

Sibling discounts also apply to drop-in care.
