Mr. Nathan Brewer

Mr. Nathan Brewer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Medieval and Renaissance Studies at Washington and Lee University. During college, he worked with the Ancient Graffiti Project in Pompeii and Herculaneum, and studied abroad in Rome and Ireland. Prior to joining Hunter School, he served for five years at Veritas School in Richmond and for one year at Redeemer Classical School in Harrisonburg, teaching variously Latin, Bible, Logic, Greek, and History. Outside of school, you may find him running, watching birds, or under a shady tree reading the poetry of Seamus Heaney or the histories of obscure Steppe tribes.
